A very exciting opportunity has arisen for a Service Administrator to join our team at our site in Redbridge.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.00 am to 5.00 pm, i.e. 40 hours per week, 1 hour lunch (unpaid

Salary: £22,000 to £27,000 (Dependent on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

• Raising estimates and liaising with customers to obtain authorisation for repairs.
• Creating job cards.
• Communicating service and repair updates.
• Meeting customers in person, by phone and email.
• Communicating with workshop manager and supervisors.
• Maintaining dealer standards at all times.
• Ongoing use of manufacturing system.

Ideally, we are looking for:

• Experience within the motor trade - desirable.
• Strong administration experience.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Organised with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to adapt quickly.
• Positive, proactive approach.
• Vehicle knowledge – desirable.
• Previous experience using ADP – desirable.
